RMA Request If and ONLY if PlanITROI determines the item must be sent in for service then the following procedure must be followed:
Direct PlanITROI Customer or Authorized Reseller must request an RMA authorization number. In order for you to receive RMA number your must complete our online RMA request form. Then put the RMA # on 2 sides of the box being sent back to PlanITROI, Inc. PLEASE BE SURE THE RMA # IS CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE BOX! If any of warranty procedures are not followed then PlanITROI at its sole discretion can reject any warranty claim. If you have any questions about a warranted item please do not hesitate to ask before buying on a product from PlanITROI. |
