PlanITROI shall supply technical support on Product only (not software) for the length of the warranty period limited to 30 minutes per incident. If Direct PlanITROI Customer or Reseller requests technical support or warranty after the warranty period, PlanITROI will provide such service for a fee of $50 per incident limited to 30 minutes.
