Is it safe to provide you with my credit card information?
ABSOLUTELY. Your account information is kept in a secure database, and we do not store your credit card number. Credit card fraud on the internet is very rare, but we have taken the steps to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us.
What is your return policy?
No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number from PlanITROI. There will be a 15% restocking fee under PlanITROI discretion on buyer's remorse or no trouble found. Product must be returned back to PlanITROI within 15 days from receipt of the RMA #. The customer is responsible for shipping back to PlanITROI. Shipping is non refundable.
